Our factory in Sieradz, Poland won the third place in KAIZEN Award Poland 2022 in the category “Excellence in Continuous Improvement System”. The competition was organized by KAIZEN Institute Poland. The winners were selected from nine different companies that were assessed by consultants and auditors from the Warsaw School of Economics.
The award ceremony was organized in Warsaw, Poland on 9 February 2023. LEAN Manufacturing Manager Paweł Morzyński and LEAN Six Sigma Master Black Belt Tomasz Toruński represented Scanfil Sieradz in the event.
The KAIZEN program focuses on daily improvements submitted by the employees. It is a simple tool to develop and improve processes in the production and in the workplace in more general. In the past few years, Kaizen has brought almost 1,000 ideas per year.
