Scanfil OÜ increases productivity and resource use efficiency by replacing older SMD production lines with a newer SMD production line. The new SMD production line will increase production speed and quality rate while decreasing resource use.
Project objective and outcome:
The project “Scanfil OÜ resource efficiency investment” includes a new SMD production line that will replace two older SMD production lines. The new SMD production line will increase quality rate by 1% and production capacity by 6%. Quality rate of the current SMD production line is 97,95%. The objective of the resource efficiency project is to increase quality rate over 99%.
