TUOMO LÄHDESMÄKI RESINGS FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SCANFIL PLC
After being elected to the Board of Directors of Kitron ASA Tuomo Lähdesmäki has informed that he will resign from his position as a member of the Board of Directors of Scanfil plc as of 24 February 2014.
The composition of Scanfil plc’s Board of Directors until the Annual General Meeting to be held on 8 April 2014 shall be: Chairman of the Board of Directors Harri Takanen and Members of the Board Riitta Kotilainen, Jorma J. Takanen, Jarkko Takanen.
